SHIPPING
Q: When will my order ship out?
A: Nobody likes to wait so we try to ship out your order within 1-3 days. Custom made wigs or orders can take up to 14 days. Once your order has been shipped you will receive a tracking number from us.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Our business is located in Ontario Canada. We offer a shipping flat rate of $10 and offer free shipping on all orders above $80 within Canada and U.S. We offer international shipping using DHL for guaranteed delivery anywhere in the world.. International shipping is an additional $35.
Q: Customs
The customer is responsible for custom fees if custom holds your package. They´ll contact you with the information provided during placing order. Please make sure your submitted details are correct.
Q: My order was returned to sender
A: If your parcel has been marked as returned to the sender, it could be due to the following reasons:
- The recipient refused the package during a delivery attempt
- There might be an issue with the shipping address.
- The intended recipient does not reside at the specified shipping address.
Should a package be returned to us , please allow 2-3 weeks processing time. Feel free to email us (flocshair@gmail.com) if you notice any shipping or delays and we will gladly help.
Please note that we are unable to reship orders that are returned to us. In such cases, you will be credited to the original form of payment, minus the initial and return shipping fee.
Q: What if my order is damaged or has issues?
A: We´re sorry about that! We really try our best to make sure to package our items safely and carefully, however sometimes things can get out of control on it´s way to meet you!
Please send us an email with a picture of the damage/issue and we will be sure to send you a new one!
Please note wigs/custom made wigs is excluded from the replacement warranty.
