Delivery Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! We strive to provide the best service and ensure your products reach you in perfect condition.

  • Processing Time:

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Customized wig orders require 2 weeks to process.
  • Shipping Rates: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. We offer flat-rate shipping and expedited options for your convenience.

  • Delivery Time:

    • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days within Ontario.
    • Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days within Ontario.
    • Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and current postal service conditions.
  • Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number to follow your package's journey.

  • Packaging: We carefully package each item to ensure it arrives safely, but if you notice any damage to the packaging or product, please contact us immediately.

Return and Exchange Policy

We want you to love your purchase, but if you're not completely satisfied, we are here to help.

  • Eligibility for Returns/Exchanges:

    • Hair Products: Due to hygiene and safety concerns, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on hair products (e.g., hair butter, hair oils, accessories etc.) unless they are damaged or defective.
    • Wigs: Due to hygiene and safety concerns, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on hair products. However we offer amendments. 

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 3 days of receiving your order. We will gladly assist you with a full refund, exchange, or a replacement, depending on availability. Please include clear pictures of the damage or defect when contacting us.

Cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us (flocshair@gmail.com) within 24 hours of placing the order. After this time, we cannot guarantee the cancellation as orders may have already been processed for shipping.
